Yaelle Cacho Sánchez

 

Associate Professor on Public International Law and International Relations (University of Cantabria) and Former Director of the Department of Cooperation, Equality and Social Commitment of this University (2009-2016). She has published on matters related to the system of human rights protection in the framework of the Council of Europe, Operations Peacekeeping UN work (his doctoral thesis entitled personnel operations peacekeeping United Nations and its legal status) and the development cooperation.
